Sharmin is Deputy Director for Voice4Change England. She has 25 years’ experience in the voluntary, public and academic sectors. Her work involves addressing inequality amongst Black and Minoritised and Ethnic (BME) groups and disadvantaged communities. She holds a PhD in Access to Health Services, have Public Health and research backgrounds. Her current role involves BME organisational infrastructure development and leading on campaigns to promote democracy.
Riyad has 25 years' experience in primary care and public health, for the NHS, and prior, in private sector roles. He is co-lead on the London and NCL ICB Health Inequalities Accelerator which seeks to gain qualitative insights from communities in areas of socioeconomic deprivation to promote the uptake of lung health checks and ensure early cancer diagnosis. Riyad is Core20PLUS Ambassador, National Health Inequalities Improvement Programme, NHS England.
Zaman is currently Inclusion and Community Engagement Manager, Barts Health NHS Trust.
